Kim was born and raised in Central Florida and attended college in Gainesville, Florida. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, she moved to Fort Lauderdale, where she worked as a Career Development Coach at a local private vocational school.

In 2011, Kim relocated to New Smyrna Beach to be closer to family and raise her children. Her father, who had opened a small brokerage in NSB, introduced her to the dynamic world of real estate, where she spent her first year learning the business and building a strong foundation in the industry.

Looking to expand her footprint in the market, Kim joined Watson Realty Corp. as a sales associate in 2013 and quickly distinguished herself, earning the President’s Award in 2014.

In 2015, Kim took a brief step back from real estate to spend time at home with her newborn son while also taking on several home remodeling projects—an experience that further strengthened her appreciation for the many stages of homeownership.

In June 2016, she returned to Watson Realty Corp. – New Smyrna Beach after being offered the opportunity to serve as VP / Managing Broker. With more than 10 years of leadership experience in the Managing Broker role, Kim oversees branch operations and supports agents across all facets of the business. Her responsibilities include residential real estate operations, mortgage loan services, property management, agent recruiting, coaching, business development, and staff leadership.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to agent success, Kim is passionate about creating an environment where professionals can grow their business while delivering exceptional service to their customers and community.
