Kim was born and raised in Central Florida and attended college in Gainesville, FL. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, she moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she worked as a Career Development Coach at a local private vocational school. In 2011, she and her husband decided to relocate to New Smyrna to raise their children and be closer to family. Her father, who had already opened a small brokerage in NSB, welcomed her into the crazy world of real estate, where she worked with him for her first year. She then decided to expand her footprint in the market place and joined Watson Realty Corp. as an agent in 2013, were she was awarded the President's Award in 2014. In 2015 she took a year off to be at home with her newborn son. During this time she and her husband also took on the challenge of home remodeling. While this proved to be a fun and a rewarding experience, she wanted to return to Real Estate full time once her youngest was ready for day school. In June of 2016 she was given the opportunity to return to Watson Realty Corp. -NSB as the VP/ Managing Broker. In her position, she leads and oversees branch operations in the New Smyrna Beach office, which includes residential real estate, mortgage loan services, property management, agent recruiting and staff operations.
